A Detroit mansion built in 1914 by Sebastian S. Kresge, the founder of the S.S. Kresge department stores, one of the 20th Century's largest discount retail groups, is listing for $3.2 million. 

The 15,000-square-foot home at 70 W. Boston Blvd. in the Boston-Edison neighborhood has 14 bedrooms, six full and three half baths, a tennis court, two pickleball courts, Koi ponds and a waterfall  next to the greenhouse, two carriage houses, 10 gas fireplaces and a butler's pantry. It sits on four acres and has garages with car lifts to allow indoor storage for 9 cars.

Kresge died in 1966 at age 99. In 1977, the Kresge name was changed to Kmart.
